Entry ticket for a Better Days Club event. One ticket admits one person.

How the ticket works

• We send the ticket electronically (PDF and/or QR code) to the email address given in the order as soon as payment is received — no later than within 24 hours.
• There is no delivery charge for the ticket.
• At the entrance, just show the ticket on your phone or printed out.
• You can transfer your ticket to another person.

Refunds

Under art. 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, there is no right of withdrawal from the purchase of a ticket for an event on a specific date. If we cancel the event or change its date or venue, we refund the full ticket price within 14 days.

Participation at your own risk

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. We do not provide insurance — we recommend your own accident insurance. Minors may only take part under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Full rules are set out in § 16 of the Terms of Service (Regulamin, in Polish).
